Corporate governance

Ilmarinen is a mutual company owned by its clients, i.e. the TyEL and YEL policyholders and the employees insured with Ilmarinen plus owners of the guarantee capital. The supervisory organs responsible for Ilmarinen’s administration and operations are the shareholders’ meeting, the supervisory board, the board of directors and the President.
