TYEL ANNUAL NOTIFICATION 2011
The employer informs the employees’ employment and salary data for 2011 for the calculation of the exact insurance contribution. The annual notification must be returned by 31.1.2012.
Methods of informing salaries
The annual notification can be made:
- with Ilmarinen’s free of charge Insurance Service
- via Aditro's Personec linc service, Itella’s TYVI service or Logica’s TYVI services. These services are charged for (only in Finnish and Swedish)
- via the Palkka.fi service (only in Finnish and Swedish).
Data to be informed
With the annual notification information is given
- of the employees’ salaries in euros and cents.
- beginnings and terminations of employment relationships, if a notification has not yet been done.
- over two months continuous unpaid absence periods for employment´s begun 31.12.2004 or earlier. Unpaid absence periods are not reported for employment´s which have begun 1.1.2005 or later.
