ADVANCE PAYMENT

If the employer has choosed advance payment we calculate TyEL contributions on the basis of the estimated annual payroll. The contributions fall due at least quarterly on the 20th day of the agreed month or on the first weekday following the 20th day. The employercan also advance the contributions´maturity. The common practice is to pay the contributions in four instalments.

Interest will be charged on overdue payments.

The salaries of all employees affect the annual payroll. Check that the payroll is up to date. In this way the final contribution will be as close to the advance contributions as possible.

Payment arrangements

If the company has trouble meeting payments, alternative payment arrangements should be agreed in advance of the due date by phoning 010 284 3714. Short-term agreements on extending your payment period can also be made via web service.
