Ilmarinen real estate

Ilmarinen owns altogether over 4,500 dwellings and ca. 70 business, office, warehouse and other premises.

At the end of 2008, the value of Ilmarinen’s property holdings totaled about EUR 2.5 billion and in area they amounted to 860,000 square meters.

A significant part of the holdings is situated in the Helsinki metropolitan area and in the key locations of other growth centers.

Investments

Owners’ decisions on real estate investments, such as the construction of new buildings, investments and realizations are the responsibility of Ilmarinen’s Real Estate Investments department

Rental apartments
