How can I access the online services?

Accessing the online services is by no means difficult once you have the required passwords. All you need is one user ID to take care of all your pension insurance policies.

If you are an entrepreneur, log in to the online services using your banking codes. If you employ personnel, you need separate IDs for the online services. Call our customer service and we will send them to you.

If your accounting office takes care of your pension insurance on your behalf, request IDs for the accounting office. The accounting office will need to make an Online Service Agreement. All you need to do is sign it. It’s as simple as that.

As a temporary employer you do not need IDs; the simplest way for you to arrange for your employees’ pension cover is on the Temporary Employer’s Service (the service is availabe in Finnish and Swedish). All you need in order to pay contributions are your online banking codes.
