Our online service is available to help in all your insurance matters when it best suits you.
Submit your earnings report on wages and salaries paid in 2018 to Ilmarinen. For wages and salaries paid as of 1 January 2019, earnings reports will be submitted to the Incomes Register. Our online service is still available when you need to take care of other matters related to your customer account and pension insurance.
On Ilmarinen’s online service you can:
On the online service, you can, for example, view the details of upcoming invoices. Please note that it takes a few hours before the information is updated on our online service after you submit a report to the Incomes Register.
Insurance contribution certificates and any other certificates you might need are only available through our online service.
On the online service, you can view the payroll you have reported to the Incomes Register. This way you can be sure that the invoice you receive is based on the correct data. Our online service shows individual employees’ earnings reported to the Incomes Register.

If you are an entrepreneur, log in to our online service using your online banking codes. If you employ personnel, you need a separate user ID and password from our Customer Service.
If you are a temporary employer, you can use the Palkka.fi or SuoraTyo.fi services, for example.
The Incomes Register will replace the payroll notifications made to Ilmarinen, the Tax Administration, Kela and the Unemployment Insurance Fund. We will receive all the information we need to calculate insurance contributions and pensions directly from the Incomes Register.
