Management’s members and duties
The President and CEO manages Ilmarinen’s day-to-day governance in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Board of Directors. The President and CEO is responsible for ensuring that the accounting complies with the law and that asset management has been arranged in a reliable manner. The Executive Group supports the President and CEO in decision-making and participates in preparing decisions that concern Ilmarinen as a whole and in guiding and monitoring their implementation.
The members of the Executive Group are, in addition to the President and CEO, the heads of business and support operations that report directly to him, and a representative elected by the personnel. The Board of Directors appoints the President and CEO, the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Group members.
