When you have employees in your company, you may need to attach a TyEL certificate to a tender. The certificate is your proof that you have paid your TyEL contributions. You can download a free TyEL certificate easily in our online service. The certificates are in PDF format. Log in to the online service using your user ID and print out a TyEL certificate whenever you need one.

Do you need a copy of your invoice?

You can find copies of invoices easily in our online service. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the online service using your credentials.
2. Go to Insurances and contributions 
3. View all invoices
4. Open the invoice.
5. Print out a copy of the invoice for yourself.

The invoices are in PDF format. You can also call our customer service at +358 010 195 000  (mobile charge/local network charge) weekdays 8 a.m.–8. p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m.–3 p.m., and we will send you the invoice copies required.
