We serve our customers at Christmas, New Year and Epiphany as follows:
Christmas
- On December 23 our customer service is open from 8 am to 4 pm.
- From December 24 to 26 our services are closed.
New Year
- On December 31 our customer service is open from 8 am to 1 pm.
- On New Year's Day, January 1, 2022, our services are closed.
Epiphany
- On January 5, 2022, the pension and insurance customer service is open from 8 am to 4 pm.
- On January 6, 2022, our services are closed.

Ilmarinen’s early 2026: Customer acquisition at record level, solvency remained strong
Ilmarinen’s return on investment in January–March was –0.5 per cent. Solvency is strong and cost-effectiveness is at a good level. Customer acquisition in the early part of the year was going at record pace.

The report also shows that the company has made strong progress in climate action within its investments and actively engages with investee companies through active ownership.
Ilmarinen's Financial Statements 2025: Return on investments was 8.1 per cent or EUR 5.1 billion
Ilmarinen’s investment assets increased to EUR 67.5 billion. Solvency continued to strengthen and cost-effectiveness is at a good level. Ilmarinen’s investments have generated a total of EUR 30.2 billion over a period of 10 years. Twenty per cent of the investments are in Finland.
